Reaching out for support takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in that step. I am pursuing licensure as a licensed professional counselor associate and I am dedicated to helping individuals, adolescents, and couples navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and confidence. I earned my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and will practice under the supervision of Vikki Sears, LPC-S. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and equipped to move forward.

My clinical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also integrate Narrative Therapy techniques, helping clients examine the stories they carry about themselves, separate from the problems they face, and develop narratives that reflect strength and personal agency. Through these evidence-based approaches, I help clients understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, shift unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build lasting resilience.

I am especially passionate about working with women navigating anxiety, life transitions, perinatal and postpartum mood concerns, and identity shifts in motherhood. I also work with couples seeking to improve communication, identify negative interaction cycles, rebuild trust, and create healthier relational patterns grounded in emotional safety, trust, and mutual understanding. In addition to these focus areas, I support adolescents and adults facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, trauma, adjustment difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and other common life stressors.

I believe therapy should feel both safe and productive. I balance empathy with practical skill-building, creating a space where clients feel deeply understood while also gaining tools they can apply in their daily lives. My goal is for clients to feel understood and equipped — leaving sessions with greater clarity, confidence, and direction. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they strengthen their voice, deepen connection in their relationships, and build lives that feel aligned, empowered, and meaningful.
