Frequently Asked Questions
Have a Question Not Addressed Here?
Do You Offer In-Person & Virtual Appointments?
At this time we only offer virtual appointments via our client portal, within the state of Texas. We may establish a physical location in the future, but that is not currently offered.
Do You Accept Insurance?
At this time we do not accept insurance. All of our services are client pay. We will provide you with a super bill so you can apply to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
What is the Cost of Counseling?
That will depend on what services you are looking for. In general for Individual Counseling the first session is $160 and every session after is $120 each. For Couples and Family Counseling each session is $160.
Do I Have to Stay with the Same Counselor?
We know the importance of having a good rapport with your counselor. We ask that you give your counselor at least 3 sessions to see if you have a good fit and think you will work well together. After that if you would like to change counselors, please let your counselor know and we will assist you in doing that. It won’t hurt our feelings, we want you to get the care you are looking for.
How Am I Billed?
In our client portal, before your first session, you will put a credit card on file. That credit card will be securely billed at the beginning of every session. You will also receive an invoice and super bill after each session.
What if I Can’t Afford Your Prices?
If you are in need of Financial Assistance please contact your counselor to discuss possible reduced rates. We want you to receive the help you are looking for.
What if I Need to Cancel or Reschedule a Session?
We know that things come up and changes may need to be made to your schedule. We ask that you please either cancel or reschedule your session with your counselor at least 24 hours in advance. All sessions will be charged $65 for a no-show or a late cancellation fee if a 24 hours notice was not given. This is because your counselor saved that spot for you and would not have time to fill it with someone else.
